Looking for a room near Pitt

Hi, I am looking to lease with some people starting in Aug . I am not picky on how many roommates or the location, I need somewhere to park my car that is not too pricy, I would prefer either close to campus or near it with a bus line close. I am hoping for in unit laundry and heat as well but am open to not having those.
