My sister and I are looking for a roommate for spring semester. Full amenities including washer and dryer. The house is really cool and spacious but still being worked on intermittently. The bedroom pictured is the one offered, but there are two other bedrooms in the basement if they would be preferable. Open to any questions about the house and the room. Lease length is flexible. bed, 2 bath
