I'm seeking a thoughtful, responsible roommate to share my bath apartment. I value a drama-free, clean environment where bills are paid on time, and we all chip in on common area upkeep.
A 6 month lease is preferred but up for discussion.
No Pets
No Indoor Smoking
No Couples / No Kids
Ladies are preferred, but open to co-ed living.
Fair warning: tall men might find difficulty with the short shower.

*Utilities are based on usage so subject to fluctuate. Each month, I will provide detailed invoices for full transparency.

The room fits a queen-size bed, a dresser, and maybe a small desk. It has one window. Heads up: The closet is small, but I've provided a clothes hanging rack.

Shared Spaces:
The living room is already furnished with a TV, and guests are welcome! The kitchen has everything you need (pots, pans, appliances) that you are welcome to use—just be considerate. Feel free to bring your own items to make the place even cozier!

Building Perks & Location:
* Security: Fenced property with security cameras—great for secure package delivery.
* Outdoor Space: We have a full backyard for relaxing.
* Transit: Right off CTA Bus Stop # (runs all night!) and walking distance to the Orange Line.
* Convenience: Close to many stores, making grocery shopping super easy.
