Hi! A friend and I are looking for a third female roommate to join us in a townhome in the Reston, Herndon, or Sterling area. Our target move date is the end of December or the beginning of January. We already have a list of great townhomes we are touring, all of which are under $/month per person, including utilities.

Likes to occasionally go out/ have chill wine nights
