Hey! I’m Jesse. We’re moving into a new house on Dec th and looking for one awesome roommate to join our friendly, slightly chaotic, fun household. We prefer someone who can move in around Dec th, but anytime after (even into January) works!

The Basics:

$ deposit

Shared bathroom

Washer + dryer in the house

Shared common areas

Lease: months

Curbside parking

Garage for storage only (tragically not big enough for a dragon)


House Rules:

No smoking/vaping inside — nicotine + weed are cool outside only

No drugs besides weed

Looking for someone who works, studies, or has a regular routine — just not someone home running up utilities like it’s a sport


Tours start Dec th (no keys before then), but we can meet via video or in person before that. Personality-wise, we welcome normal, weird, quirky, artistic, introverted, extroverted — whatever your flavor is, as long as you’re respectful and clean.
