-1 driveway parking spot is available. Curb parking is also available and allowed throughout the neighborhood if you have more than 1 vehicle.

-Another roommate (young professional female) lives in the room downstairs. She is kind and considerate.

-All utilities are split evenly among roommates.
-A standard criminal, eviction, and credit check will be ran. *Applicants with felonies or serious offenses, evictions, or low credit will not qualify.
