Hi! I’m Vasco, , responsible and easygoing. I work full-time and usually spend most of my day out, so I’m looking for a clean and comfortable room or studio or efficiency in Brickell, Downtown Miami, Wynwood, or Little Havana close to the Brickell area (ideally somewhere with easy access to Sexy Fish restaurant).

I’m very respectful with shared spaces, clean, and good with communication. I don’t smoke, don’t party at home, and I bring guests only occasionally.
