You will have one roommate, with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom shared between you. The apartment complex (The Spoke) comes with a gym, a pool, a study center, and a laundry room. It is conveniently near campus and Downtown Davis. The apartment is sqft and the room has 2 walk-in closets. The rent is per month Roommate should preferably be a female student.
