This is a lovely, feel-good home in a quiet, easy-freeway access neighborhood in La Mesa! We’re looking for a low-key mature female professional. The lease is month to month but we’d like a long-term renter to settle into our stable, happy home. The deposit is $.

I own the home and rent the two extra bedrooms. My current roommate is a quiet, considerate, professional, and positive woman. (She is RARELY in the bathroom, showers fast and is super clean!) She has been with me for years. Our last roommate was here for years and now her room is available. We are ages .

All three of us will share the kitchen and laundry room. There is ample storage for you in the bathroom cupboards and shelves.

The room for rent is bright, cheerful, has two windows, beautiful floors and is about . There is plenty of parking on the street and we are close to the freeway, and 5 minutes from the 8 freeway.

I work from home as a life coach and need privacy for my clients, so it’s important that you have a fairly traditional , M-F work schedule. OR if you work or are always away from home on Tuesdays/Thursdays and Fridays between PM, that would also work.

Some quirks of our household: 1. We have a dishwasher but prefer to use it as a drying rack and wash our dishes by hand!
2. We don’t have cable! We like to watch tv and movies in our rooms but each use our own /Amazon Prime/Netflix, etc.
