There are 2 separate living rooms and two separate backyards. One fenced private backyard that owner and 1 dog will use (shared space)(cleaned daily), and a unfenced, semi private lower yard with a medium sized plumeria and some room to plant a garden, etc. Minutes from the hospital/grocery store, etc.
