Downtown Private Guest Studio

Hi, my name is Vick. I am a finance professional. I'm home only a week or two each month as I travel for work. My house in downtown San Antonio has a guest studio that's fully private with it's on entrance. It has a full bath, jacuzzi, washer/dryer, kitchenette and a loft living area all within the studio suite. I'm looking to rent that entire studio to someone who wants a whole unit to themselves but pay only a room rent. The only thing you'd share with me is the main kitchen if you want to use my gas stove and cook a large meal. Otherwise you have everything contained within your studio suite. The monthly rent is $ (unfurnished) or $ (furnished) plus % of utilities. The studio suite is available on December th.
