I have a second bedroom that is currently just a guest bedroom. It's furnished and you can do whatever you want with it, including replacing everything.

I'm a trans woman and would love to have a queer roommate but it is not a requirement, as long as we vibe.

I have two cats, they are so friendly. You can have a pet as long as they get along. Generally my cats get along with any animal as long as they're not too aggressive.

I have an open outdoor parking spot you can have, and we're close to multiple MBTA commuter rail stations.
