The Property: It is a Home that is located nicely in South Houston Harris County. Close to local bars/Lounges/Clubs/Restaurants in Downtown (min) and Galleria area (min). Close to local parks, with plenty to do in the area. minutes to the airport (Hobby and minutes to the IAH) . In unit washer and dryer available, common area available for TV and video gaming. We do like to keep the common areas clean, so please expect to keep the kitchen clean including dishes.

Who we are: I live in the property and rent out my extra spaces. I work from home as an engineer and spend my time outside of work cooking, engaging in outdoor activities, going to the beach, traveling, and playing board games.
