Hello,

There is going to be a vacancy in my apartment room, near University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and I would like to transfer my lease . It is a comparatively clean apartment. The UREC is walkable distance from here, the university is walkable at minutes from here and Walmart is about minutes drive from here. The community is gated and there is parking available next to each building.
