SD Native Looking for Housing

I'm a -year-old single woman and a San Diego native; because of this, I often get tapped to housesit, petsit, or babysit which means I'll be gone a lot. I also like to visit my parents and might stay at their place some nights. I recently graduated from my clinical psychology doctoral program and found a gig in Serra Mesa. I'm looking for a peaceful space to study and unwind. For fun I like to do what everybody else does - work out, try new restaurants, watch series or movies, and travel. Looking forward to chatting
