Hi! I am offering my room for sublease from January-July. The monthly rent is , but I am willing to negotiate. The room comes with a private porch, bathroom, and ac with a really beautiful view of college town. The apt also has access to a private pool, study rooms, and gym. There are four other roommates, all girls, who are extremely sweet and tidy. The living room and kitchen are extremely spacious, and the apt is overall very convenient for anyone looking to live off campus but close enough to walk to class. I will also be giving away my fsu overnight parking permit to whoever takes over the lease.
