Hello,

My name is Lindy, I am years old and recently completed my masters in business & sustainability. Fellow environmentally and open minded folk welcome!

Looking for a roommate to share the space:

* 2 bedroom
* Kitchen
* Dining room
* 1 bathroom
* Lounge / chill space - sofa bed for guests (I don’t use this space much but welcome family and friends when they come through)
* In-suite laundry
* Parking (TBD - you will need to talk to the landlord - could be arranged but unsure)
* Huge storage space in the basement

Location:

On Eglinton Ave West, closest intersection, Eglinton Avenue West & Glen Cedar Rd
TTC station 8 min walk away! Small grocery store and everything you need within walking distance and beautiful ravine min away 🙂

Furniture: Optional (needs to be discussed w/ prior roommate)

The doctor who owns the practice below is our landlord and we share the back-entrance with them. No landlord issues! I’ve been in the house for more than 2 years now

Looking for a mature young adult to share the space and call it home.

I would like a roommate that is open-minded, friendly and communicative. You have your own life, but enjoy chit chat and friendly dialogue! Maybe we enjoy the space, a meal together here and there, or meal prep? Maybe not. I am mainly vegetarian.

A bit about me - I open-minded and appreciate art, music, outdoor adventuring, festival culture, cooking, personal growth and good conversation.

Cleaning: The space is to be used and sometimes things are left out, but overall, I keep the place very clean! Dishes sometimes end up in the sink late at night, but will be done in the morning.

Anyone w/ an air fryer, plans and art extra welcome!
