so you can get ahold of me at rezbuhr at g mail. This stupid app won’t even let me put in numbers to talk about it cost. I have a private bathroom and a walk in closet. The bedroom is large enough to comfortably fit a queen size bed and two side tables. The kitchen has a garbage disposal, gas stove, and a dishwasher. Washer and dryer are in unit. We are on the third floor but there is an elevator. Central heating and cooling as well. Pets are allowed but there is a pet rent fee. There is also parking for free on the street outside or you can pay for a garage spot through the landlords. We are about 3 blocks from the Belmont bus stop, so getting to and from lakeview and the blue line is very easy. I can get to O’Hare in about min on public transportation from my home. The building is secured using butterfly. There’s an application for a new tenant and a four hundred dollar move in fee. Pet fee is forty a month with a one hundred deposit. Utility is per person per month. We pay electricity and WiFi. Cam and I also split a Netflix which you could take over if you wish (or I think he will probably just cancel it). My half of the utilities/wifi/Netflix Most months it is just y. About the roommate: Cam is a twenty
year old man who works in business (partially from home and partially in office) and the military. He is very clean. We have known each other since college and his apartments have always impressed me by how clean they are. He’s in a long distance relationship and almost never has guests over. He’s quiet, respectful, and pays his bills on time. He enjoys playing video games and riding his motorcycle. We have lived together two years. Cam likes cats but doesn’t wish to room with a dog.
