Hi, my name is Mwangi. I am a -year old professional renting out my master bedroom. The room is in Frederick. The monthly rent is $ and the room is available on November sqft Townhouse with a garage, backyard, and plenty of parking. Renting out furnished master bedroom with 2 spacious closets and a full private bathroom. Shared kitchen and living room. Cannabis can be in the house but smoking is only allowed outside on the deck, front porch, or backyard. We also have a friendly cat. Unfortunately not accepting new pets. Utilities are included except water is split every 3 months. Room includes bed with built in outlets and USB ports, a 5 drawer dresser, and a TV. I currently still occupy the room but i’m in the process of moving out please excuse the mess. If you wish to see in person let me know we can schedule a day.
