I am a design engineer / industrial designer working full time in Orange, CA, in my thirties.
Looking for a room in a house in OC.

I love a healthy lifestyle, cook and eat clean, do some calisthenics and yoga, I also play golf. I have two motorcycles and ride a lot. I also love music, I play drums and bass but never play at home. I'd love to get back into mountain biking but scheduling is tough. I do a lot.

I am seeking to find a place with professional roommates who are equally into an active lifestyle, clever finances/investment and higher ambitions for life as I am. I'm hoping to find people that could potentially turn into good friendships. I like cooking, though I keep to minimal cooking due to my busy schedule. I can bake a badass french flan and tarte tatin, if you're into sharing a weekend dinner or dessert as roommates, you'll love it!

I'm from France, I've been living in the US legally for years. It doesn't really matter in our context, as long as you can bear an accent lol. I'm easy to talk to and get along with any culture.

Because of the two motorcycles, I'd prefer to find a place where I could use one parking spot inside a closed garage. I'm respectful, don't run the bikes at 2am and I'm not involved in low-life motorcycle activities that you may have seen on social media. My life is drama free and I'm keeping it this way.

- I try my best to maintain a healthy sleeping schedule so quiet hours am are important to me.
- I know from experience that I am not compatible with gamers who play and scream all night.
- Potheads, I have nothing against weed, but the overall lazy-life, sleep-all-day, leave dishes for next week, is not very compatible with my lifestyle. I'm pretty disciplined.
