I'm a -year young professional (she/her) looking for another Professional (she/her) to rent out my room in my Dual Master apt. with a balcony. I do have a partner that lives with me as well (he/him). The room has a full mirror/closet, and you'll have access to the washer/dryer on the balcony. Apartments are right off the , walking distance from UCI, grocery stores, and dining. You'll have full access to the amenities and a parking space in a gated community. This home does have pets so you must be okay with dogs/cats, and you must be okay with being love unconditionally by them. for more information, please reach out.
