In Need of New Roommatees

Hello! My roommate of two years is moving out mid-October and I am looking for someone else to sign a lease with sometime in November. There is one bedroom available with its own bathroom on the other end of the condo. The living room will be furnished but the dining room and most of the kitchen supplies will need to be filled up which we can collaborate on. I work from home as a crisis counselor 5 days a week so I am usually home. I’ll also be going back into classes for my masters in social work in January. With that in mind, I would love to meet someone who is able to keep things quiet when I’m working, is reliable and cleanly, and hopefully someone I can consider a friend. I am also non-binary and transmasculine so if that’s not something you can deal with, this may not be for you. I am an extremely open minded person who likes to laugh and learn more about those around me. If you’d rather coexist than get closer that is absolutely fine with me too. As long as there is respect of boundaries and good communication, I think we will be in a great spot!! :)
