Keeps room & common areas clean, clutter free. No overnight guests. Two active singles live in the home. We are drama-free, respectful, clean & quiet. We enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood which has access to the bustling downtown of Manhattan and other boroughs via the rapid transit system, which is a 3-minute walk around the corner. There are parks, grocery stores and restaurants within a 5-minute walking distance as well as a laundromat around the corner.
