Big townhouse one room for rent!

I am looking to
transfer next semester but have a year long lease. I live in a two story townhouse with huge rooms and walk in closets in each room. Three girls live here so only girls can live here. We got a deal to rent our townhouse so it is cheaper than the apartments. Need someone to take over my lease for the spring semester! It’s all the way through August.
