This is a 1 ROOM RENTAL FOR 1 INDIVIDUAL in a bath home.
6 month lease MINIMUM LEASE required @ $ per month or Month to Month, with a 3 month minimum stay @ $ per month.
1st and last months rent required to move in.
Must pass background check.
Everything is included along with High Speed internet except no cable/satellite(We stream for entertainment purposes and you are responsible for your own streaming sources).

- [x] Neighborhood has lowest crime statistics in the City and a safe place to call home.
- [x] We are very respectful here and clean.

- [x] I’m a mature adult male years old and have pets in my home so I am hoping you are an ANIMAL LOVER as I have 2 very loving dogs of my own.
