Option to rent an extra room as an office for $/mo total.

Full washer/dryer in the house.

Large back deck + huge open lawn.

House will be professionally cleaned before move-in.

About the Household:

I’m a medically retired Navy vet — pretty laid-back, respectful, and clean. Big into the gym, so if you’re into fitness, that’s a plus. I get what it’s like to move around and deal with roommates, so I try to keep things simple. Friends and get-togethers are fine as long as it’s respectful and you clean up after yourself. I don’t care if you drink, as long as it’s responsible. My parents live next door and they’re super military-friendly and easygoing, so you’ll be in a good spot.

Firearms are fine here too, as long as they’re always locked, stored responsibly, and legal.

Requirements:

Active duty only (command contact info required).

Must be clean and respectful.

LGBTQ-friendly (just means don’t be a jerk).

No additional pets — I already have a large dog (so you’ll need to be cool with big dogs).
