Full fenced in backyard with patio, pool, grill, fire pit and chicken/duck coop.

Because the property has chickens and ducks and a pool roommate must be willing to contribute equally to the maintenance and cost of each.

In Unit washer/dryer

Must be okay with dogs I have 2. Golden retriever and cocker spaniel

Must provide at least 2 paystubs for proof of income.
