Master bedroom with ensuite Bathroom not shown. Large living room area with inch Fire TV & Xfinity wifi box. Couch opposite TV not shown. Dining room with dining table, as well as a desk next to the front door being used as a cubby for guests to take off their shoes in doors. Kitchen with microwave, stovetop oven, sink, dish washer, fridge and garbage disposal unit. 2nd floor balcony with great views! Laundry Room in basement. Outside is a reserved parking spot (visitor passes are also available), a community swimming pool, an elementary school across the street, and a bus stop for the Bus (which connects to the Red Line as part of the DMV Metro). NOTE: All potential residents will be expected to pass a background check. I will need the legal first & last names of all potential residents + addresses to initiate the background check.

1st month's rent is due at least 3 days prior to move in date to ensure a seamless transition. The month begins on move-in date. No security deposit, but you will be expected to fix anything that you break or damage.
