Furnished room with full size bed, shared bath. Neighborhood close to lake and parks. Baby Grand Piano, Espresso machine, home theater/performance space. Close to Arts District. Morning coffee, shared gourmet kitchen. We're happy to cooperatively take turns cooking dinner from time to time. We prefer hosting responsible professionals, international guests, foodies and visiting scholars. We can be your home away from home. Quiet hours: AM. Having a car is highly recommended.
