Room for rent, the house is located in a great neighborhood. Close to parks, gyms, grocery stores, restaurants. Available now. Home is in North Las Vegas, (Lawrence/Deer Springs area). We are looking for a non-tobacco and non-drug user roommate. Furnished room with attached jack-n-jill bathroom shared with one other male roommate. Own lock code for house and bedroom. Background check, proof of employment or income, references and ID are required. For individual and no pet roommates only. We already have a well-behaved pet lab.
