Looking to move in with a roommate

Single father (Kids stay with their mother for the most part), my kids are years old and years old. However my children’s mom and I agreed that our kids will be with her until I find a place of my own. Until then I’m looking to move in with anyone as soon as possible. I know some don’t allow guest but if my kids can come over stay with me a couple of times out the week awesome but if not I understand.
