About the House: • Located in a safe neighborhood near Harbor & Heil, conveniently situated between the freeways, and close to Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, and Costa Mesa. • Spacious -bath home — you’ll be sharing a bathroom. • Features include: ◦ Large backyard with fruit trees ◦ Front yard and garage ◦ Washer/dryer in unit ◦ WiFi ◦ Outdoor Weber grill ◦ Microwave and toaster oven ◦ Plenty of parking ◦ ZeroWater filtration system ◦ Home is always clean and comfortable
We’re not a party house, but we do enjoy the occasional get-together.
