Roommate needed asap

Looking for a roommate to move in immediately, the monthly rent is four hundred thirty each
Partial utilities included only separate utility is electric and I paid probably thirty $ ( just my share) this month
The apartments is called Briarwood Village. It’s just me and my cat right now my roommate broke her lease and I am looking for a roommate until June of next year. It’s about y ft.² too bed one bath. I’ve lived here for the past two years and I really love it. It’s about minutes away from Msu and from OTC. preferably a female. I’m finishing up my senior year and would just like to finish it off in the same location. I have a full-time job and pay my bills early and on time and I’m super easy going. Some photos attached. The place is fully furnished besides the bedroom no extra furniture needed besides your own room.
