This newly constructed home, built in August , offers a well-maintained room for rent at $ per month, which includes estimated utilities, pest control, and lawn care. The residence features three bedrooms, one bonus room, and two and a half bathrooms, with a total of three planned tenants. Shared amenities include a fully functional washer and dryer, a covered lanai with a grill, and high-speed internet throughout the home. The tenant will have access to their own private bedroom and shared bathroom, as well as common areas such as the living room, kitchen, and a designated parking spot. The room is unfurnished, though a basic bed can be provided if needed; additional furniture can be arranged for an extra fee which will be agreed upon mutually with the Landlord and tenant.
