I am subleasing at The Grayson for the school year, which will start on August 1 and will last until July .

Rent for this room is dollars/month + utilities. The utilities will include everything- water, electricity, wifi, trash. This will be billed through SimpleBills and is usually around dollars/month.

It is a bath unit with a spacious private room and bath. The room and apartment are both fully furnished. There will be 3 other roommates using the shared living space and common area. The apartment complex is pet friendly and located 3 miles from campus with a shuttle service. The apartment has a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer.
