Looking for a room to rent!

Hello we are a professional couple looking for a room to rent .Ideally with its own bathroom. Our budget is $ including all utilities . Kitchen access is also preferred . We have no children,no pets and no vices . We do love kids and pets though! We are a Christian couple who are very respectful, responsible and friendly.We value boundaries, transparency and communication.We are approaching the end of our lease at our current home,which is why we are trying to rent a room ,to save money and buy a new house.
