Looking for a roommate

Hello my name is Emmaly and I am living in a spacious house and looking for a new roommate as my current roommate is moving states.
Some more details about the living situation: I have two friendly dogs and per the lease agreement they are the only two pets allowed. I would prefer to have a female roommate and would love to potentially become friends! We each get two rooms and an office. I am happy to work through typical roommate conversations and am pretty easy going. I have average cleanliness as I like to keep the house tidy but not necessarily always spotless. I like to meet potential roommates to see if it’s a good fit before introducing them to the landlord for application processing. Please let me know if you have any questions!
