Room available in residential neighborhood home in Lakewood. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED in rent. Month to month, no contracts. Most of the
roommates have been here for a long time, so we’re really close. There’s tons of parking. Super close to the beach( fifteen minutes). I have 5Gigs of fiber internet so it never lags! Currently 4 of us living here(5 bedroom home). It feels empty most of the time as everyone’s schedule is different. Kitchen is never packed. Current ages (mid to late twenties). No animals, no smoking, and no drugs. I own the home and am in no rush to fill the room. Looking for the most ideal roommate!
