Executive Studio at the Social Hub

*The room*
Its an executive suite
Which means you get your own small kitchenette with a mini fridge and two stove tops
We get monthly cleanup of the room and bedsheet changes with fresh towels ( hair)
You can ask for fresh towels during the months too upon request or even for cleaning but you would have to pay a fee for it.
Theres a cafe and multiple coworking spaces ill send you a few screenshots!
*The App*
We get an app for residents where you have free event postings/faqs and alot more info.

*Laundry*
Theres a room allocated in the basement for the laundry and you can get free washing machine bookings with it so you dont have to wait around to find a free washer dryer. Detergent is given within the washerdryer
*Location*
As for the location, the tram is right outside the social hub. Super easy commute to anywhere.
You get a free bike booking with your resident booking!
*Food options*
Opposite to the social hub is a few restaurants and a nightshop!
On the first floor of the social hub is Stach which is the hub’s restaurant
You can get a meal bundle in the beginning of your booking where you can get the meal whenever you was (breakfast/lunch) doesnt have to be consecutive days!
If anything you can also pay for meals on the morning of.
Theres a cafe open till pm.(the coffee is quite great!
