Room to rent

Hi, I’m Brian. I am a single Christian father looking to rent a room in my newer home. I have shared custody of my daughter and for this reason I will only rent to women. I am not comfortable with my daughter sharing a bathroom with a male. The rent is $ per month and includes all utilities, shared kitchen, and parking. I am not favorable to overnight guests.
