House description- 3 bed rooms with common kitchen, bathroom, washroom, living room and laundry space.The kitchen is full furnished and other 3 rooms are already rented by 3 Bangladeshi girls.



For rent- One independent room (living room) N.B: others will not use this room or the main exit, so the tenant will get full privacy (we will use the back door to exit) & we added doors to it. Hence it is now a big spacious room. *fully furnished*

Monthly rent: dollar (excluding utilities).



Location: Kingsbury VIC , near La Trobe University Bundoora.
