I’m looking for a trustworthy roommate to rent the spare bedroom in my spacious -bathroom condo in a quiet, convenient part of Denver. The unit is well-maintained, and I own the condo. Since I travel frequently for work, you’ll have plenty of privacy as I’ll rarely be home. The space includes a parking spot and extra storage, and rent is $ per month with all utilities included. Please note that the HOA requires renters to have renters
insurance (not my rule!), but it’s affordable—starting at around $/month. There’s also a minimum 6-month lease requirement.

The condo is exceptionally clean and features brand-new appliances, including a fridge, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer.
