Hello everyone! My name is John, and I’ve been a long-time resident here. I’m currently looking for a roommate to share Unit -bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. The available space is the second bedroom, with a private bathroom located just across the hall. The bedroom will be unfurnished.

The move-in date is available starting January .

Per management’s policy, potential applicants must submit a separate application along with valid identification and proof of income (e.g., W-2, tax return, or three most recent pay stubs) to process the lease addendum. There is a $ non-refundable processing fee for the application.
