I’m looking for a roommate starting at the end of January. The available room is in a bath apt in University Heights, conveniently located near Stella Jean’s Ice Cream in a safe and welcoming neighborhood.
• Rent: $ twelve fifty per month
• Parking: Shared parking space + plenty of street parking
• Laundry: On only $2 total per full load (wash + dry)
• Household: You’d be sharing the space with me (I’m busy with school and work most days and always respectful of my roommates) and my two sweet young cats.
