Hey guys,

I am graduating this semester from UB. I am looking for someone to sublet my lease starting in January. Villas on Rensch is a walkable distance from north campus. There is a bus that comes as well. It’s a great spot to live if you don’t have a car. There are amenities such as a hot tub, gym, washer/dryer, and a study/game room. The room is also right next to all these amenities which is nice.

Also, your room would be on the top floor, bottom side (in picture). You will have a window view of the front campus.
