This is a reduced rent for a female roommate ONLY. $/mo in exchange for help with my disability limitations. Must be a cat lover, I have a white Persian cat, I’ll need help watching at times. I’m quite independent and I drive, I just have need for paperwork, listings, tasks, organizing, occasional meal prep help. For the most part I’m very very independent though.
