Sublet 1 bed Mid Jan or Feb Start

I’m looking for someone to take over my room starting in February (negotiable to mind January if needed) through the remainder of the lease ending July . Located in Fishtown on Tulip Street, just a short walk from Frankford & Girard Avenues and both the Berks and York Frankford subway stations. The house is a bath, two story row home with a small back patio. Downstairs, there is spacious living room “dining room” that has functioned as my work from home office, which you will be able to use. Spacious kitchen with a Nespresso machine. Central AC.

Pretty big bedroom.There is a small closet that is shared between the two bedrooms with built in shelving,and I will be leaving behind my wooden extrernal closet for you. Willing to leave my full-sized bed & some other furniture if you’re interested.

Our street is very quiet, it’s mostly families and other young professionals. There is a deli right around the corner that serves fantastic breakfast sandwicthes and quick essentialls. Abundance of free parking in the area. I can park outside the house % of the time, and the other 5% I’m only a block or two over at most.

Roommate would be a yo female, one of my very good friends I’ve known for a decade. She works from home part time. She also has the sweetest pip you’ve ever met. She literally only barks in her sleep (not exaggerating!) and will kindly demand pets on the couch.

Rent is $ a month + utilities (this works out to be roughly $ a month, depending on the season). First & last month’s rent requested for move in. If you would like to move in in mid January instead of February 1st, no extra funds requested since I’ll already have covered the rent that month.
