but only one room is available.
You will have a nice roommate already living there.
The apartment is very clean and has a gym and in-unit laundry.
A nice park is just a few steps from the front door.
The location is conveniently near public transportation to NYC, just a 2-minute walk away. -minute walk to the light rail station to Hoboken and Jersey City.
Rent is approximately $ monthly.
Please note that the room will not be available after Dec st.
It is possible to sublease it for short periods like 2 weeks for the one who just wants to move here.
