ope you’re doing well! I wanted to tell you about a room we have available in our 5-bedroom apartment. Right now, it’s me, my partner (we share a room), and another roommate who has his own space. You’d only be sharing a bathroom with one person, an engineer.

The apartment is right above the Halsey stop on the L train, with a -hour deli downstairs and the B bus stop nearby. We’re the only residents in the building, and we have a huge private rooftop. There’s in-unit laundry and a dishwasher, which makes life easier.

We take cleanliness seriously. Dishes get cleaned right away, and counters and the stove are wiped down after every use. I mop and vacuum often—I’m pretty OCD about keeping things spotless. No outside shoes are allowed in the apartment, so you’ll need new indoor slippers.

We’re all working professionals (I’m with UPS, and my partner is a milliner). Quiet hours start around PM on weekdays, though weekends are more flexible.

A security deposit and first month’s rent are required to move in, along with a photo ID and credit score. We can make exceptions depending on the situation. Rent includes all utilities and is due on the 1st of each month. If it’s late, there are fees.
