i have a double room to rent in my ground flat flat. Shared kitchen and bathroom - currently still available. renter/(s) must be aware i have cats, so the flat is pet friendly. All bills are included (rent, internet, electricity, gas) all the renter buys is their shopping. Deposit is Mandatory, and is returned at the end of your stay. Flat is across the road for bus links, its located minute walk from Falkirk High train station, and the street has its own carpark!
